How do I use each Journal?
Our journals are available as a PDF download. While I personally use mine on an iPad, you can access this journal on any device that supports digital note-taking apps. A device with a stylus is recommended to allow you to draw your skin symptoms on the illustrations.
How can I download your journal to my device?
After purchasing your chosen Journal, simply download the PDF file directly to your device and import the file into the app of your choice. Use your stylus to write on the Journal within the app you've selected and enjoy!
